The best way of making this work is that the computer itself piggy backs on your senses so basically it can gather input from the environment before you even have a chance to process it decide what to do and then transfer that data directly into your brain. In essence your brain wouldn't have to do much just receive the data being supplied by the auxiliary computer. It's like google glasses but in your brain.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14796584900733324717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5343147845038027993.post-19960426163796604642012-04-17T00:12:11.736-06:002012-04-17T00:12:11.736-06:00Thanks for the comment! What would it take to hook up the calculator to the brain and be able to pass variables to it.Joseph Deweyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07043299863249381802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5343147845038027993.post-31073785135094302012011-12-04T12:59:17.212-07:002011-12-04T12:59:17.212-07:00your simplifying this way too much. First of all, ...your simplifying this way too much. First of all, we may be able to attach a calculator to our brains, but there is much more complexity in actually being able to control it and interpret its answers. We would somehow have to find a way to communicate with the calculator. Also, a simple calculator would not allow us to just look at something and be able to measure it or do something perfect each time. your assuming that we that the calculator would be able to give us all of the variables without us actually having to measure anything. Good idea though.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5343147845038027993.post-5752653357181731772011-04-04T09:33:53.944-06:002011-04-04T09:33:53.944-06:00May your brain live long.May your brain live long.Joseph Deweyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07043299863249381802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5343147845038027993.post-59659589256079228342011-04-02T09:49:38.905-06:002011-04-02T09:49:38.905-06:00I'm not particularly fond of losing my memory ...I'm not particularly fond of losing my memory OR my brain wiring.
